Chamberlain Coffee x Pinterest

Pinterest is a visual search and discovery platform where people find inspiration, curate ideas and shop products—all in one positive place online.

Pinterest partnered with Chamberlain Coffee on a limited-edition coffee blend, the first co-branded global product Pinterest has released in its 15-year history. Founded by influential Gen Z creator Emma Chamberlain, Chamberlain Coffee is known for its bold brand and creative approach to at-home coffee. A longtime fan of Pinterest, Emma imagined the entire campaign and design on the platform.

The inspiration

From exploring flavor profiles to gathering visual inspiration for the launch, each detail was hand-picked to capture the feeling of sipping an iced coffee by the seaside. The Fisherman Aesthetic trend from Pinterest Predicts™, our annual emerging trends report, served as a core theme throughout the process. The collaboration illustrates how Pinterest’s trend forecasting system not only predicts consumer trends, but provides valuable insights to help brands plan and predict upcoming products.

Pinterest users are able to dive into the collaboration with a Pinterest board created by Emma. The board features inspiration for the blend, behind-the-scenes content from the campaign photoshoot, shoppable Pins driving users to purchase the blend and a limited-edition merch collection.

Performance and metrics

Metrics highlights:

  • A search landing experience and editorial feature with Emma at the forefront drove impressions 190% above benchmark and opens 132% above benchmark — outperforming on a surface with outsized Gen Z reach.

  • Gen Z DAU Pin content engagement reached ~2x Pinterest's ecosystem benchmark.

  • 200% surge in ChamberlainCoffee.com traffic on launch day, directly attributable to the Pinterest x Chamberlain Coffee collaboration and social amplification.
