The Pinterest Inclusion Fund returns, expanding support for creators around the world

Now in its sixth year, the Pinterest Inclusion Fund is expanding its support of creators, building on five years of empowering creators of all backgrounds on Pinterest. This year’s program will unlock educational resources, financial support and growth opportunities for creators who are already active on other platforms and ready to establish their presence on Pinterest. The program will continue to have a global reach, running in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, Germany, France, India, Australia, New Zealand.

The incubator program connects people on Pinterest to inspirational ideas from emerging creators in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle spaces. Creators whose content fuels Pinterest’s inclusive features—like skin tone ranges, hair pattern search and body type ranges—are encouraged to apply, as are up-and-coming creators who are new to the platform and ready to grow their audience. Accepted creators will get access to grants to assist with content production, along with training and resources to help them grow their business and organic content strategy on Pinterest.

Pinterest Inclusion Fund delivers results

Making content more inclusive doesn’t just create more opportunities for representation, it can also help drive engagement. When we’ve made our platform more inclusive, it’s led to better engagement. People who used inclusive features on Pinterest saved 75% more Pins than those who did not.¹ This means that Inclusion Fund participants have a unique opportunity to expand their organic reach and get discovered by Pinterest’s over half a billion monthly active users.²

Since 2021, the Pinterest Inclusion Fund has supported over 500 content producers who’ve continued to see long-term success. Sydney-based visual artist and photographer Hameed Akinwande (@hameedakinwande) is one of a growing number of creators expanding their presence across Pinterest.

This year, we’re excited to recommit to a creator-focused cohort. Accepted creators can unlock monetary incentives, receive coaching and training sessions from Pinterest experts and find opportunities to collaborate with fellow creators. They will also be eligible to join Pinterest's Create Community, gaining early access to monthly trends, exclusive content challenges, creator insights and more.

Sessions cover topics like platform best practices to support growth and how to use Pinterest trends, insights and analytics. Graduates of the program will join a vibrant community of content producers.
